The Payroll Manager owns end-to-end payroll processing for Talkiatry's multi-entity, multi-state telehealth workforce using ADP Workforce Now. This role ensures compliance with complex federal, state, and local wage laws while partnering with HR, Finance, and Legal on tax filings, audits, and compensation adjustments. The position also involves system administration, report building, and driving process improvements for this large-scale psychiatry practice.

Responsibilities

Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls across multi-entity structures
Maintain state and local tax registrations and withholding configurations
Build custom payroll reports and reconciliation templates in ADP
Reconcile payroll liability accounts and support internal and external audits
Administer overpayment recovery and enforce incentive compensation clawbacks
