Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees
• Supervise and mentor payroll staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws
• Manage certified payroll reporting and support internal and external audit requests
• Coordinate with HR and finance to integrate payroll systems with other business functions
