Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager will lead end‑to‑end monthly payroll processes for approximately 1,000 employees across 15 European countries and 19 legal entities, working closely with People Capabilities, Finance, in‑country partners and the ADP payroll provider. The role involves ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the region.
