Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across VALD's global operations, including Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe. This hands-on role involves managing end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring statutory compliance, and overseeing the global employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. The position reports to the CFO and serves as the primary subject matter expert for payroll systems, providers, and controls.
