The Payroll Manager provides strategic leadership and administration for all payroll operations at Lone Star Communications, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role serves as the organization's payroll subject matter expert, overseeing certified payroll reporting, compensation administration, and continuous process improvements. The position partners closely with HR, Accounting, and Operations to support the company's employee-owner culture and overall employee experience.
