Payroll Manager

This role is responsible for the final review, approval, and transmission of biweekly payroll for all US employees, ensuring accurate and timely execution while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The position leads transformational projects to modernize payroll practices through Workday, optimizing system configurations and automating processes in collaboration with the Technology Team. Additionally, the role oversees monthly pension pay cycles, manages tax filings, and serves as a key liaison between Finance, Benefits, and other internal teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.
