Payroll Officer

The Payroll Officer within the Charter Hall Group Finance Team supports the Payroll Manager in delivering an efficient and accurate payroll function across the organization. This national role involves high-level stakeholder engagement, including the Head of Group Finance and Treasury Manager, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and HR practices. Key duties include processing monthly payroll for over 600 employees, managing government-paid leave schemes, and preparing various payroll reports and journals.
