Payroll Officer

The Payroll Officer is responsible for providing timely and accurate payments to Education Authority employees and independent bodies while ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and varying conditions of service. The role involves operating and maintaining manual and computerised payroll records, processing data, and managing pension records to ensure total accuracy. Additionally, the officer provides advice and guidance on payroll and pension issues to internal and external stakeholders.
