This role involves delivering accurate and timely payroll processing for a national retirement living business, ensuring compliance with legislation and awards while resolving discrepancies. The position requires managing end-to-end payroll tasks, including new starters, terminations, superannuation, and tax reconciliations, while maintaining strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will collaborate with People & Culture and Finance teams to support employees and contribute to payroll improvements.
