About this role
The Payroll Specialist Lead will join Remote’s Global Payroll Operations Team as a country subject-matter expert, owning end-to-end payroll processing, statutory filings, payments and compliance for assigned markets. The role partners with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product and Engineering, ensures data integrity and drives process improvements while mentoring payroll specialists. This is a full-time, fully remote position with the team reporting to the Manager, Global Payroll Operations and located for hiring in Sweden or Denmark.
