The Payroll Operations Specialist at High Tech High is part of the Human Resources team and is responsible for managing and processing the organization’s semi-monthly payroll and payroll-related payables. The role ensures accurate and compliant payroll operations, maintains detailed records, and supports retirement and tax reporting for a multi-campus K-12 charter school network. This position operates in a fast-paced environment, providing timely financial information and serving as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries. It is an in-person, 12-month role based at the Point Loma campus in San Diego County.
