Payroll & People Operations Generalist

The Payroll & People Operations Generalist at The Partnership Project manages day-to-day payroll administration, benefits coordination, and multi-state tax compliance to ensure accurate and timely processing. This role serves as the primary operational link between employees, People Operations, payroll providers, and external vendors, resolving discrepancies and maintaining data integrity across HRIS and benefits platforms.
