The Payroll Practitioner reports to the Payroll Manager and supports payroll operations for seven entities within The Claremont Colleges consortium. The role serves as a resource for employees and leadership on pay-related matters, upholds confidentiality of payroll and HR data, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and institutional policies. This is a full-time, onsite role within the colleges' payroll function.
