This role involves processing transfer and removal applications for teachers and principals moving to different locations, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery. The position requires providing quality advice to applicants and schools, resolving complex issues, and supporting the wider Payroll Operations team with various processes. The successful candidate will also contribute to policy implementation and process improvements within the Ministry.
