Payroll Services Specialist

This role involves the end-to-end delivery of fortnightly payroll services for a large employee population, ensuring accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with Australian payroll legislation. The specialist will manage payroll adjustments, reconcile leave and scheduling data, and support system integrations between HRIS and payroll platforms. Additionally, the position requires providing guidance on Awards and Enterprise Agreements, resolving employee enquiries, and implementing controls to enhance payroll processes and the overall employee experience.
