Payroll SME, Operations and T&A (Supervisor)

This role provides payroll and time and attendance expertise, technical review, and hands-on support to U.S. operations and the LATAM Payroll Specialist team. The position involves reviewing payroll delivery, resolving exceptions, supporting controls and audits, and improving processes while partnering with internal teams and vendors. The role also focuses on building LATAM payroll capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.
