The Payroll Specialist, EMEA is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for building and operating multi-country payroll processes within a global HR Shared Services model for S&P Global Mobility’s spin‑off. This builder role focuses on stabilizing, improving, and modernizing payroll delivery across EMEA, using technology and automation to drive accuracy and scalability. The position partners with People, Finance, Tax, HR Technology, and outsourced payroll providers to support payroll operations and future growth.
