Payroll Specialist II

The Payroll Specialist II is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for multiple business locations, including reconciling timecards and managing various pay types. This role involves preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations. The specialist will also coordinate payroll record maintenance, support internal and external audits, and assist with the monthly accounting close process.
