Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist at Novanta, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned employee populations with strict adherence to Czech Labor Code and SOX Key Controls. You will partner with HR, Finance, and Treasury teams to ensure compliance while leveraging AI-enabled tools for continuous improvement. This role provides critical support to internal customers while maintaining accurate audit-ready documentation and timely resolution of garnishments and unemployment claims.
