About this role

The Global Payroll Specialist will manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for Diligent’s employees across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements, maintaining synchronization with HR records, and handling payroll journal entries and GL reconciliations. The role also supports the development of efficient payroll processes and assists with country‑specific payroll policies.

Responsibilities

Ensure on-time accurate payroll disbursement for multiple international payrolls
Collaborate with HR to enter benefit and employee data
Create and post payroll journal entries in the general ledger
Research and resolve payroll GL reconciliation exceptions
Review and audit timesheets and manage payroll cutoffs
