The Payroll Specialist at Heartland Veterinary Partners will process and manage semi‑monthly payroll for over 4,500 employees, handle off‑cycle payments, and ensure compliance with multi‑state tax regulations. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this on‑site role provides primary payroll support, resolves employee inquiries, and contributes to process improvement initiatives.
