Payroll Specialist

This role independently manages end-to-end U.S. payroll operations, including regular and off-cycle payrolls, adjustments, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The specialist analyzes payroll data to identify risks, leads process improvement projects, and serves as a key resource for Workday Payroll and Time Tracking systems. The position involves overseeing payroll reconciliations, supporting audit activities, and providing guidance on compliance and control deficiencies.
