Payroll Specialist

HBC Management Services is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage and process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll for over 1,200 employees across multiple states and organizations. The role ensures timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements. The specialist will utilize Paylocity systems, conduct audits, and provide excellent customer service to resolve payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
