Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for accurately processing full-cycle, biweekly payroll for employees across multiple Roeslein entities. This position works closely with Accounting and Human Resources to manage payroll changes, timecards, deductions, garnishments, prevailing wage requirements, reconciliations, tax filings, and year-end reporting. The role also supports general ledger activities, payroll audits, and employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with applicable payroll requirements.
