Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist role involves processing and maintaining weekly and bi-weekly multi-company, multi-state payrolls using ADP software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This position serves as the primary contact for resolving HR-related payroll issues, including unemployment claims, garnishments, and employment verifications, while managing prevailing wage reports and timekeeping systems. The role requires daily interaction with the BOLT timekeeping system and collaboration with HR Operations to maintain accurate employee data and ensure audit-ready records.
