Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist processes accurate and timely bi-weekly and monthly payroll for over 1,000 employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws and internal controls. This role serves as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and partners closely with Operations, Accounting, and Human Resources to support pay cycles and resolve employee questions. The position involves managing payroll changes, generating reports, and maintaining strict confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
