Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist manages the comprehensive administration of the agency's bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee setup, benefits, and deductions. This role involves reconciling invoices, completing quarterly filings and W2 statements, and administering the 401K plan. The position also supports other accounting functions, including creating daily deposits and posting entries to the general ledger.
