Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate accumulation and end-to-end processing of payroll data for Costa Rica and various countries within the Smith & Nephew region. This role involves managing data entry, system updates in Workday and local payroll systems, and executing interfaces between platforms. The position requires coordinating with HR personnel, auditing payroll data, and ensuring compliance with tax and legal regulations.
