The Payroll Specialist role supports the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for all US employees, ensuring Analysts and Consultants can confirm and process payroll. This position involves providing outstanding customer service to HR managers, employee representatives, and employees by addressing inquiries and resolving payroll issues. The role also maintains employee data, including direct deposits, deductions, and manual calculations, while ensuring extreme confidentiality of sensitive information.
