Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist at Propark is responsible for accurately processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for over 700 employees, ensuring compliance with union, internal policies, and external regulations. This role involves calculating wage changes, processing PTO payouts, performing routine audits, and supporting benefit-related payroll projects. The specialist will also maintain payroll system data, respond to employee inquiries, and participate in system enhancements and process improvements.
