Payroll Tax Analyst

The Payroll Tax Analyst ensures accurate and compliant payroll tax reporting across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, including reconciliations, journal entries, and quarterly and annual filings. The role manages tax inquiries, notices, audits, and associate questions while supporting year-end tax processes such as W-2C, T4, and RL1 reporting and amendments. This position partners closely with Payroll Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maintain system accuracy, and identify process improvements. In addition, the analyst supports payroll system testing and key payroll initiatives and projects.
