Payroll Team Lead

The Payroll Team Lead will lead payroll delivery across a portfolio of assigned entities within the Global Payroll Operations team, acting as the control point and technical escalation lead. This role oversees a team of Payroll Seniors to ensure the end-to-end delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment. The position requires strong regulatory awareness, people leadership, and stakeholder communication skills to manage statutory filings, compliance reporting, and audit readiness.
