Payroll Tech/Accounting Assistant

The Payroll Tech/Accounting Assistant is an entry-level accounting position that supports payroll operations, general accounting activities, and projects requiring coordination across First Service Corporation and the Royal American Companies. The role helps maintain accurate payroll and accounting records, reviews reports, supports reconciliations and monthly close activities, and assists with assigned projects and reporting requirements. The incumbent is expected to maintain confidentiality, communicate professionally, meet deadlines, and work effectively with employees across the organization.
