This role bridges scheduling, operations, and payroll to ensure accurate variable-hours pay for Neko's UK clinical frontline staff. The position involves hands-on data reconciliation between Quinyx and ADP systems, resolving payroll queries, and maintaining shift patterns and employee records. As a six-month fixed-term contract, the employee will also identify process improvements to enhance hours tracking and data visibility.
