PBG ECLC Administrative Assistant

The PBG ECLC Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the first impression of the preschool lobby and maintaining a professional ambiance while handling essential administrative duties and customer service. This role involves greeting parents and guests, managing child sign-in and sign-out procedures, and assisting families with classroom inquiries and registration processes. The position also requires coordinating school tours, processing payments, maintaining enrollment and medical records, and supporting the Director of Early Learning with VPK paperwork and documentation.
