PBIS-Advanced Tier Coach

The Advanced Tier PBIS Coach will implement tier 2 systems and supports while assisting with tier 1 PBIS implementation across Southbridge Public Schools. This role involves leading the tier 2 team, analyzing student data, and providing training and coaching to staff to ensure fidelity in support systems. The position requires collaboration with administrators, counselors, and other specialists to foster a positive school climate and improve student outcomes.
