PBX Operator

The PBX Operator is responsible for efficiently answering and routing a high volume of incoming calls to the appropriate departments, monitoring alarm panels, and handling overhead paging. The role requires pleasant communication with the public, adherence to policies and safety standards, and occasional support tasks as assigned.
