PBX Operator

The PBX Operator is responsible for answering phones in a pleasant and courteous manner while ensuring prompt responses to all inquiries. This role serves as a concierge and information agent for guests, addressing issues and resolving them through a prompt response log. The position also involves performing reservation agent or front desk clerk duties as needed to support hotel operations.
