PBX Operator

The PBX Operator is responsible for efficiently answering and routing all incoming calls to the switchboard in the shortest time. This role requires handling a high volume of calls, communicating pleasantly with the public, and monitoring multiple alarm panels and overhead paging systems. The position operates on a full-time, night shift schedule.
