PC Analyst

The PC Analyst is responsible for maintaining efficient network computing systems and enforcing computing standards while providing in-person and remote IS support to staff and members. This role involves installing, supporting, and managing software and hardware devices, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring compliance with security and data recovery standards. The position also includes providing Tier II Helpdesk support and collaborating with IS staff to maintain computing infrastructure components.
