Performs installation, operation, testing and maintenance of advanced protection and control systems and related equipment (e.g., digital relays, RTUs, SCADA, PLCs, fiber) to ensure reliable FACTS/HVDC device operation. Supports commissioning, field troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, documentation, and vendor coordination across the Western AEP footprint, with significant travel to field sites and vendors. The role may be filled at multiple experience levels depending on candidate qualifications.
