The P+C Operations Generalist is a member of the People + Culture Operations team responsible for delivering high-quality, employee-facing and operational support across People + Culture policies, processes, and systems. The role acts as a central resource for employee and manager inquiries, ensures compliance with employment laws and corporate policies, and contributes to process and service improvements. It partners with HR subject-matter experts to maintain an efficient, employee-focused experience.
