About this role
The Patient Care Associate (PCA) at Mercy Hospital Washington provides direct patient support on a 30-bed Medical/Surgical unit under the direction of an RN or LPN. This part-time night role (24 hours/week) includes weekend and holiday rotation and participates in an accredited apprenticeship training program. The position offers hands-on clinical exposure with opportunities for advancement to Patient Care Technician and further nursing education support.
