About this role
A Patient Care Associate (PCA) at Mercy Hospital Washington supports patient care on a 35-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit, working under the direction of RNs and LPNs. This part-time night role participates in Mercy's accredited Department of Labor Apprenticeship Program and includes a structured 175-hour training program with career progression toward Patient Care Technician and nursing roles.
