PCT Days FT

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides direct patient care and observation for patients recovering from post-intensive care and medically complex conditions at a long-term acute care hospital. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, documenting patient care, and communicating significant information to the registered nurse and care team. The PCT works under the direction of a Registered Nurse to support patient recovery and transition to the next level of care.
