A Patient Care Technician at ThedaCare provides patient-centered support within the Orthopedic, Spine and Pain Hospital surgical/post-op unit, assisting the nursing team to deliver compassionate, safe care. The role supports patient comfort and clinical needs under the supervision of LPNs, RNs, or nurse leaders and contributes to departmental goals and continuous professional development. This position is scheduled onsite in Appleton, WI with variable 12-hour shifts.
