Key duties include performing basic nursing tasks such as bathing, feeding, and vital signs monitoring, while ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. This role requires adherence to infection prevention standards and the ability to respond promptly to patient and family needs.

Responsibilities

Perform basic bedside care including bathing and feeding patients
Monitor, document, and report patient vital signs and intake/output
Maintain clean and safe patient rooms and equipment areas
Assist with patient transfers using proper body mechanics
Respond promptly to patient and family calls and requests

Skills

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GEDCurrent BLS Certification2 years of inpatient hospital experience
