About this role

The Progressive Care Unit at Banner Estrella Medical Center is hiring experienced nurses for a 24‑bed cardiac PCU. The role is full‑time night shift, working three 12‑hour shifts per week (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) with rotating weekends/holidays, and includes night and weekend shift differentials. Candidates should have telemetry, ICU, or other acute/critical care experience and hold a current RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Assess patient physical and psychosocial needs
Formulate and update individualized care plans
Implement nursing interventions and supervise staff
Evaluate patient response and modify care as needed
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
