Peabody Fire & Security Contracts Manager

The Fire & Security Contract Manager manages day-to-day operational, technical, and commercial delivery for fire safety and security system scopes on a major social housing contract with Peabody Trust. This role oversees both self-delivered work and sub-contractors to ensure strict compliance with SLAs, statutory regulations, and health and safety standards while managing the combined profit and loss for the area. The post holder acts as the primary contractual counterpart to the client, leading a multi-disciplinary team to resolve issues, maintain resident satisfaction, and deliver high-quality engineering services across London and the Southeast.
