About this role

The Pediatric ABA Assistant Behavior Analyst provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic setting under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. The role focuses on identifying skill deficits, developing treatment objectives, and training behavior technicians and caregivers on treatment protocols. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing intervention strategies for individuals with challenging behaviors.
